Whether it be the end off the school year or you and your child decide that this instrument is not for them, we can help quickly and smoothly return your rental instrument!
At the end of the school year, your child will most likely be asked to decide if he or she would like to continue playing in orchestra next year. As exciting as this may be to the students, this is a time when we receive a lot of questions regarding your instrument rentals.
We wanted to explain how this process works.
If your child is going to continue to play, we recommend that you hold on to the instrument. Simply because the teachers highly recommend that students continue to practice over the summer to keep any skills acquired during that school year. Per our contract, you will continue to be billed as long as your instrument is NOT in our possession.
If you chose our pay-in-full option at the beginning of the year, you will not receive an invoice to renew until August 1st. You may then choose to either renew at a yearly rate or switch to a monthly plan.
If you and your child have decided that you would like to return the instrument, please follow these simple steps to avoid being further charged:
Please fill out the cancellation form below and submit it.
If we work directly with your school, please inform the orchestra teacher that your instrument needs to be returned to our company on our next visit.
Please contact our office at 616-451-4960 or by email at email@example.com to confirm the instrument has been returned.
*** Please note that once the instrument has been turned in, you will lose all accrued credit ***
